Equality in the Workplace
Equality in the workplace and Organizational Justice:
As seen in the previous section, equality in an organization is very important to how well the company is run. This equality and fairness is termed “Organizational Justice.” There are two types of organizational justice:
1) Distributive Justice: This is the fairness of the allocation and the amounts of rewards among individuals (i.e., salary).
2) Procedural Justice: This is the employees’ perceptions of how fair the process of determining who gets what awards is.
